Commercial Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Strategist to join our dynamic Industrial Division team based in NSW.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the concrete construction industry to build a career as individual as you. Our success comes from our culture of collaboration, so if you've got the ideas, we've got the team who will support you every step of the way.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic specification and/or sales objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth initiatives aligned with the segments business plan.
About this role:
- You will be responsible for identifying and engaging all key stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- You will work closely with distribution partners to transition developed growth initiatives.
- You will provide insights and inputs to develop annual and long-range plans for the T&D business.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in selling products, solutions, and services to the concrete construction industry.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver strategic specification and/or sales objectives.
- Strong communication, mechanical, and strategic aptitude.

- A competitive salary of AU$110,000 - AU$130,000 per annum.
