We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to champion targeted customer verticals, drive new business growth, provide strategic direction, manage stakeholder relationships, and embody our company values. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands
- Acquire new commercial accounts, grow existing accounts, and provide after-sales support
- Ensure all CRM data is maintained and current
- Use captured customer data to build insights, target offers, and plan activity
- Demonstrate a broad level of product knowledge and application
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience, 2-5 years, working in a customer-facing role from the trade industry
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Ability to foster and build relationships
- Confident in presenting service offerings and solutions to a broad variety of customers and at events
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve customer and product-related issues
Prior experience using a CRM system and intermediate-level understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office are preferred but not essential.
