Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Revenue Expansion Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing profitability through strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage accounts across all markets to retain and develop business where possible.
  • Nurture strong relationships with guests, industry partners, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales plans to maximize yield and grow business from target market segments, including corporate, conferencing, events, inbound, and leisure.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven sales expertise with the ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong interpersonal presence.
  • Tenacity to drive new business and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, proactive team.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the hospitality or related tourism industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud and Content Management System (CMS) tools would be advantageous.
