The Training Administrator role is a vital part of the Newmont team, responsible for coordinating, administering, and reporting on all technical training conducted on and off site. This individual will ensure accurate and timely recording of training data to support forecasting, reporting, and planning of training. They will also coordinate and administer off-the-job training where practical, assist in booking and scheduling of external training on and off site, and help manage expenses, accommodation, and travel bookings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with document control of all training documents
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality control projects

About You




  • Previous experience in a similar mining, construction, or training administration role
  • Experience using SAP, Inflight, and data management systems
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate initiative, tact, and maturity, and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent administrative skills and be customer-focused
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in written form
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of range of Newmont reporting and associated document systems
  • Desirable: Cert IV Training & Assessment
