Job Description

The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos seeks an experienced Signals Intelligence Systems Engineer to support mission operations in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead systems engineering, integration, and test support for project planning, coordination, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to customers for informed decisions on system modifications and upgrades.
  • Effectively communicate with various levels within the program, contractors, and government stakeholders to positively influence operational policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Oversee state-of-the-art systems in dense and dynamic environments.
  • Maintain and supply expert-level tradecraft and systems knowledge to enable operations.
  • Integrate government systems and provide training assistance on tools and collection.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 12+ years of relevant experience in signals collection, real-time operations, or signals analysis.
  • Experience in systems engineering, integration, and test in specialized intelligence systems.
  • Requirements analysis and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with leaders across the site.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship.
Compensation

Salary range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00.
