College Receptionist

The College Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students to the College. The position involves answering switchboard calls, attending to reception enquiries, and fostering positive connections within the College and wider community. The position will provide highly efficient and effective administrative and first aid services to the College as outlined in the attached position description.
The College Receptionist will work within a broader Administration team, working alongside the other College Receptionist to prioritise and complete the various administrative tasks that arise throughout the College. The College Receptionist possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
As a member of the College staff, the College Receptionist will promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. The College Receptionist will actively participate in the implementation of the College vision and mission statement and be guided by the College motto of ‘Live Fully Act Justly’.
**Responsibilities**
The College Receptionist is responsible for all aspects of daily reception; including administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Coordinator that assist in the efficient operation of the College.
The College Receptionist will work in cooperation with relevant committees and various positions of leadership to identify needs, recommend solutions, develop systems and processes, implement policy and projects, and support the ongoing improvement of College processes.
