Job Description

Provide operational support for the SATC's managed events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee food vendor and exhibitor administration for Tasting Australia and Santos Tour Down Under.
  2. Assist event operation leads in identifying and costing operational requirements.
  3. Manage site operations during events, including access, security, traffic, and crowd control.
  4. Contribute to the effectiveness of the ESA warehouse management system.
  5. Assist event operations leads in site office management, data collation, and daily record-keeping.
  6. Oversee signage and branding administration for Tasting Australia hubs.
  7. Maintain operational assets and ensure they are stored and maintained appropriately.

This position is offered as a 5-year contract at an ASO4 remuneration level.
