Key responsibilities will include preparing equipment for events, packing trucks efficiently, setting up events, packing down after events, and conducting quality checks on Novatech equipment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Preparation and setup of audio visual equipment for live events
  • Packing and transportation of equipment to and from event locations
  • Setting up and operating lighting, sound, and video systems
  • Maintenance and quality control of Novatech equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of audio visual technology
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to commit to the full six-week training program
