Event Planning Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Planning Coordinator to join our team at the National Wine Centre of Australia.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales, kitchen, floor operations and guest services to deliver exceptional events and maximise event revenue across all market segments.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation as the candidate will be involved in several facets of the organisation.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity exists for an individual who possesses highly developed skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with previous experience in the use of Salesforce advantageous.
The Event Planning Coordinator will report directly to the Sales & Event Planning Manager and work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with sales, kitchen, floor operations and guest services to deliver exceptional events
- Maximise event revenue across all market segments
- Develop and implement effective event strategies to meet business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports of event planning progress
