Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a diverse portfolio of Financial Lines Claims. This role involves delivering exceptional claims experiences by ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex Financial Lines claims end-to-end, providing expert technical advice and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Engage and oversee external service providers, including legal experts.
  • Maintain accurate claim reserves in line with industry standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Financial Lines/Professional Indemnity Claims.
  • Experience mentoring claims staff in technical roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance (desired).
