About the Role
- Focused on relationship management, ensuring strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, including physical and psychological claims
- Supporting the team with training and further developing skills and expertise in this sector
- Collaborating with Injury Management Advisors, Return to Work Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Claim Specialists
Requirements
- Experienced Case Manager with around 2+ years of end-to-end claims management experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a genuine and caring nature that prioritizes customer needs
- Enjoy mentoring and coaching others, with a true team player attitude
- Tertiary education is beneficial but not required
