A Claims Consultant manages a portfolio of claims for customers who have sustained a physical or psychological injury due to a motor accident.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing various sources of information to determine the cause of the accident and the extent of the injuries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of claims for customers who have sustained a physical or psychological injury due to a motor accident.
- Analyse various sources of information to determine the cause of the accident and the extent of the injuries.
- Determine the appropriate compensation for the customer based on the analysis of the claim.
- You will have a background in Allied Health or Law.
- Experience in dealing with customers, problem-solving, and diffusing conflict is essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting tasks effectively.
- Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot.
