Overview

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of motor claims in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deal with third parties, loss adjusters, and government agencies.
  • Build strong client relationships and adhere to our values.
Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-end motor claims management.
  2. Raise payments and settle claims according to company guidelines.
  3. Meet monthly productivity levels as designated by management.
  4. Resolve complaints in accordance with company policies.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential fraud/recovery indicators.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Motor claims insurance experience is essential.
  • Passion and drive to take ownership of your own claims portfolio.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energy and flexibility to work with the Corporate team.
  • Insurance policy interpretation skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
