Portfolio Claims Manager

The purpose of this position is to manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate and government clients. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet service standards, determining liability, and timely assessment of treatment requests. Additionally, documenting claims decisions, utilizing claims management systems, developing and implementing claims strategies that deliver positive outcomes, meeting key compliance and performance measures, and coaching newer team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience in Workers Compensation Case Management or personal injury lines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Proactive with a drive to learn and develop skills.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability.
