We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a complex portfolio of claims, providing leadership and mentorship to junior claims staff.

- Oversee the management of complex casualty claims, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims performance, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with legal and underwriting teams to provide expert guidance on policy wording issues and supplier feedback.
