Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to support our Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, leadership, and training. If you have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.
  • Operations Management: Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
