About The Company

Our client operates a vibrant seaside eatery located in a picturesque area. They emphasize fresh, contemporary Australian dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients, creating a relaxed atmosphere that caters to diverse dining preferences. The establishment also features a selection of local products for guests to purchase. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a proactive Front of House Supervisor to enhance their team and elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front of House Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing an outstanding dining experience by welcoming guests and addressing inquiries
  • Managing bookings and resolving any issues or special requests
  • Leading the front-of-house team, offering training and support to uphold exceptional service standards
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and precise service
  • Overseeing guest flow and monitoring table turnover to optimize efficiency
  • Maintaining the restaurant's aesthetic and atmosphere
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a team (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
