Job Description:
The Supply Chain Customer Engagement Lead plays a critical role in driving business performance by proactively engaging with key account customers to deliver effective communication and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each customer's specific supply chain requirements and challenges.
- Develop tailored solutions that address the unique supply chain needs of each customer.
- Initiate regular meetings and check-ins with customers to discuss their supply chain needs and any emerging issues.
- Work with customers to develop strategic plans for optimizing their supply chains.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar Customer Engagement/Customer Supply Chain position, ideally from the FMCG industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective, timely solutions.
