As a Supply Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimum supply of product to deliver to agreed customer service level targets while optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to create accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities and market intelligence into forecasts.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize carrying costs, and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Develop production schedules to meet demand forecasts while maximizing manufacturing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Implement and continuously improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with FMCG experience and an organization that manufactures domestically.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions, inventory issues, and process inefficiencies.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
