About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Engagement Director to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize customer supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each customer's unique supply chain requirements and challenges.
  • Analyse customer data to identify patterns and areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions that address these needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with company capabilities.
  • Present proposed solutions to customers and refine them based on feedback.
  • Initiate regular meetings and check-ins with customers to discuss their supply chain needs and any emerging issues.
  • Work with customers to develop strategic plans for optimizing their supply chains, aligned with their overall business goals.
  • Be agile in responding to changes in the customer's supply chain environment, quickly addressing disruptions or unexpected challenges with flexible solutions.
What We Offer

Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar Customer Engagement/Customer Supply Chain position, ideally from the FMCG industry. A strong verbal and written communication skillset is essential for clear and effective interactions with customers and internal teams. The ability to articulate value propositions and explain complex solutions is also crucial.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits, including superannuation, career development opportunities, free health & wellbeing activities, volunteering leave, and more.
