Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely deployment of orders to maintain high stock availability in our distribution centers and manage stock levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports to track shipment performance, daily stock levels, and missed deployment codes.
  • Prepare weekly order plans, including shortfalls, availability, and KPI measures, to inform customer meetings and drive business decisions.
  • Manage backorders and work closely with the strategic distributors, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Publish timely and accurate KPI and supply risk reports to support effective decision-making.
  • Assist the Logistics Lead in achieving business goals through project initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar planning position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques to predict future inventory requirements accurately.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
