Job Description:

The Supply Chain Customer Engagement Lead will play a critical role in driving business performance by proactively engaging with key account customers to deliver effective communication and drive continuous improvement. This role will create a positive customer experience by providing added value at every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each customer's specific supply chain requirements and challenges.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address the unique supply chain needs of each customer.
  • Initiate regular meetings and check-ins with customers to discuss their supply chain needs and any emerging issues.
  • Work with customers to develop strategic plans for optimizing their supply chains.
  • Be agile in responding to changes in the customer's supply chain environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar Customer Engagement/Customer Supply Chain position, ideally from the FMCG industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective, timely solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
