As a Supply Chain Customer Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by building strong relationships with our customers and delivering effective supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of customer supply chain requirements and challenges
  • Develop tailored solutions to address customer needs and improve supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with company capabilities
  • Present proposed solutions to customers and refine them based on feedback
  • Initiate regular meetings and check-ins with customers to discuss supply chain needs and emerging issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar Customer Engagement/Customer Supply Chain position, ideally from the FMCG industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions with customers and internal teams
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective, timely solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights
