Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Lead to join our Family Care & Professional (IFP) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an optimum supply of product to deliver to agreed customer service level targets while optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to create accurate forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities and market intelligence into forecasts.
  • Developing production schedules to meet demand forecasts while maximizing manufacturing efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Implementing and continuously improving supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with FMCG experience and an organization that manufactures domestically.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency with forecasting and inventory management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments. Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions, inventory issues, and process inefficiencies. Capability to develop and implement contingency plans and corrective actions.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
