About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive business results through effective supply chain management. As a Logistics Planning and Supply Chain Expert, you will be responsible for the timely deployment of orders, ensuring the delivery of high-level stock availability in DCs and maintaining the right Service Standard (SS).

You will generate and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports, including Millicent shipment by week, Daily Customer Fulfillment Rate (CFR), and Millicent codes missed on deployment. Your tasks will also include preparing weekly order plans, customer collaboration reports, and assisting with project/initiatives to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the timely deployment of orders to ensure the delivery of high-level stock availability in DCs and maintain the right SS
  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports (Millicent shipment by week, Daily CFR, Millicent codes missed on deployment)
  • Prepare weekly order plans (shortfalls, availability, KPI measures on miss) and customer collaboration reports as input to the weekly and fortnightly customer meetings
  • Managing back orders
  • Work with the strategic distributors, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure clear and open communication between the Professional team and distributors
  • Publish timely and accurate KPI and supply risk reports to enable effective decision-making for distributors and commercial teams
  • Assist Logistics Lead with the project/initiatives to achieve business goals
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar Planning position and ideally from the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques to predict future inventory requirements accurately
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders cross-functionally, and able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities
