Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our Logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely deployment of orders to our top customers, maintaining an efficient supply chain, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly order plans and customer collaboration reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage backorders and work with strategic distributors to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and implement supply risk reports to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Lead to achieve business goals and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar planning position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques to predict future inventory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
