We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Tandem Partners. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our People and Culture strategy, driving organisational performance and culture.
Reporting to a highly respected leader, you will partner with the Leadership Team to develop and implement tailored people and culture strategies and operational process solutions. You will provide trusted advice on policy, operational frameworks, and employee retention, attraction, performance, and learning and capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-credentialed People and Culture Leader to make a significant impact on our organisation. You must be approachable, authentic, commercial, emotionally mature, with sound judgment and a solutions focus. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent;
- Broad generalist skill-set including strong experience with people and culture strategy design, talent acquisition, talent management, EVP, culture and engagement, and remuneration and benefits;
- Ability to think and operate commercially as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level;
- Exceptional business partnering approach and consultative influencing style;
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
