Job Title: Strategic People and Culture Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People and Culture Leader to join our team at Tandem Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change and engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People and Culture strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to design and embed people and culture strategies, talent acquisition, talent management, EVP, culture & engagement, and remuneration & benefits.
  • Provide trusted advice on policy, operational frameworks, and employee retention, attraction, performance, learning, and capability.
  • Partner with the leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and drive tailored people and culture strategies and operational process solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Broad generalist skill-set including strong experience with people & culture strategy design, talent acquisition, talent management, EVP, culture & engagement, and remuneration & benefits.
  • Ability to think and operate commercially as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level.
  • Exceptional business partnering approach and consultative influencing style.
  • Strong numerical/analytical skills and attention to detail.
