Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent to deliver on our strategic direction. You'll work closely with business leaders to lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with our strategic direction.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development initiatives to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement tailored communications plans to drive our People Plan.
  • Provide expert advice on ER and IR matters, and manage the workforce impact of transformational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR practices, and provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate strong business acumen, IR/ER experience, and the ability to give accurate and timely advice on HR policies and practices. You'll also need to have highly developed listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate.
