In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to shape and execute strategic people projects, fostering strong relationships within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
As a key player in a progressive and people-focused business, you will work closely with the P&C team while elevating the people function in partnership with the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to the P&C team, fostering professional growth and development
- Develop and implement strategic people initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Provide advice, support, and assistance to leadership teams across HR
- Work collaboratively to continue to embed people-focused and innovative culture

Requirements
- Proven experience within a People and Culture position
- Leadership experience
- Experience working within a law firm
- Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise numerous tasks
- Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Exceptional mentoring skills and desire to mentor
