About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced people leader to join our team at Blake Oliver as a Head of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a people and culture strategy that supports our business growth agenda
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver people-related projects and initiatives
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to our Department Heads and Partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Manage talent recruitment and management processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Lead employee engagement and performance management initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced people leader with a proven track record of delivering results through their initiatives and business objectives. You will have a strong understanding of the Australian employment landscape and HR best practice, as well as experience in change management, talent recruitment and management, and employee engagement.

You will be a thought leader who inspires and encourages others by providing people and culture advice and strategy, and well-considered support to key leaders. You will have a commercial, flexible, and proactive approach, with strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
