About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at HCF. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions for people-related challenges and opportunities.

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development. You will lead annual and mid-year review processes, focusing on talent development and performance management.

You will also be responsible for understanding business goals and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives and productivity. Additionally, you will develop and implement people strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent to deliver on the strategic direction of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • IR / ER experience ideally from within a clinical environment.
  • Ability to give accurate and timely advice on HR policies and practices.
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills.
  • Tact, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
