About the Role

Lotus People is partnering with a medium-sized commercial law firm to find an experienced People and Culture professional. As a key player in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, you will work closely with the P&C team to elevate the people function in partnership with the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to the P&C team, fostering professional growth and development
  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives aligned with organisational goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide advice, support, and assistance to leadership teams across HR
  • Work collaboratively to continue to embed people-focused and innovative culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a People and Culture position
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience working within a law firm
  • Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise numerous tasks
  • Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Exceptional mentoring skills and desire to mentor
