We are seeking a detail-driven and action-oriented individual to join our cross-functional team as an FMCG Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume purchase orders for major supermarkets, retailers, and food service businesses.
  • Implement end-to-end customer service initiatives, including tracking 3PL transport/delivery and proactively updating customers on order status.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain team, accounts, and warehousing to drive accurate outcomes for customers in a fast-paced environment.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG, food, beverage, or wholesale retail environments, with exposure to supplying major supermarkets or retailers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your communication style to those being engaged with.
  • Strong system skills across MS Office programs and ERP systems such as SAP.
