Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role at Xero, providing exceptional support and advice on how customers use their Xero subscription. This includes adaptable communication skills, effective collaboration with all teams across Xero, and timely responses to customers as per agreed targets.
You will bring a passion for creating great customer experiences, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to work. You will also have an interest and understanding of technology and information systems, a growth mindset, and motivation to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional support and advice on how customers use their Xero subscription
- Adaptable communication skills to meet changing customer needs
- Effective collaboration with all teams across Xero
- Timely responses to customers as per agreed targets
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
