About the Role:

The Victorian Government's Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service and Administrative Specialist to join their team. As part of this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to regional locations and staff, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and friendly front-of-house administrative services to clients, including processing applications and enquiries;
  • Collate, review, and process documents accurately and efficiently;
  • Maintain various records, registers, and returns, ensuring up-to-date information at all times;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality reports.
