\Component**Job Summary**
\ComponentWe are seeking an experienced Event Production Coordinator to join our team working closely with Place Making NSW. This is a dynamic role that involves coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless execution of activations within the designated precincts.
\ComponentAs a key member of our events team, you will work closely with stakeholders, including CBRE, Place Making NSW, and other relevant parties, to coordinate event requirements and manage production processes.

- Coordinate event logistics and ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials and resources;\Component
- Develop and implement event production plans, including budgeting and vendor management;\Component
- Provide strong communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including event organizers, vendors, and staff members;\Component
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and risk management policies;\Component
- Schedule and coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing disruptions to surrounding areas;\Component
- Maintain accurate records and reports on event planning, production, and outcomes;\Component
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements;\Component
**Requirements:**
\ComponentTo be successful in this role, you will require:
\ComponentPrevious experience in event production, venue management, or a related field;
\ComponentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders;
\ComponentDemonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines;
\ComponentExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure;
\ComponentAbility to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required;
