Job Description

This Administrative Contract Coordinator role supports the Contracts Administration Team Leader and assists with the management and delivery of maintenance contracts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing current processes and workflows
  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers
  • Maintaining an accredited list of subcontractors
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports

The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential and previous experience in the building services industry an advantage.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week in the office. We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
