Contract Administration Role

The position of Administrative Coordinator for Contract Management is now available at Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment, with a competitive salary package.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This permanent full-time role involves providing administrative support to the Contracts Administration Team Leader and Technical Support team in managing maintenance contracts and client reports.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the management and delivery of maintenance contracts;
  • Prepare client reports and maintain an accredited list of subcontractors;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers;
  • Coordinate contract management requirements, including labour requirements, timelines, and parts delivery;
  • Mobilise new and existing contracts;
  • Administer preventative maintenance contracts.

About You:

  • A 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills are essential;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in the building services industry;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
