Administrative Coordinator for University Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a contract support position at Monash University. As a vital member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and be responsible for managing various aspects of our contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sickness, absence reporting, and holiday tracking to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Handle timesheets and expenses with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate people records, including training and onboarding for new starters.
- E nsure our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) is upheld.
- Facilitate meaningful Supplier Management reviews.
