Administrative Contract Coordinator

Permanent Role
A competitive salary of $80,000 to $110,000 per annum is available for this permanent full-time role.
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Contract Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Contract Managers, assist with management and delivery of maintenance contracts, prepare client reports, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate list of subcontractors and their contact details
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on contract performance
- Create warranty contracts in accordance with company procedures
- Gather information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the contract management team
- Administer preventative maintenance contracts
About You:
We are looking for someone with strong communication and computer skills, who can multitask and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and knowledge of Great Plains is highly regarded.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 1/2 hour lunch break. This is a permanent full-time role with 40 hours per week.
