As a National Relationship Manager, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for driving growth and success within a diverse group of existing customers. You will achieve success through a consultative selling approach, ensuring maximum account development and identifying exciting new opportunities for growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, account growth, and reduction in attrition.
  • Maintain the client relationship in and across multiple levels within the client's organization to drive incremental growth.
  • Retain and grow the existing relationship with a defined portfolio across multiple industries (approx Corporate Card Clients).
  • Regular account reviews, issue resolution, and driving charge volume growth opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to embed additional American Express products & digital tools.
