About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our APAC Mid-Market team at Atlassian. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts for our Southeast Asia-based customers, helping them scale their use of our solutions and services across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Account Plans: Create and execute tailored account plans to maximize expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and articulate how our value proposition addresses their challenges, strategy, and needs.
  • Identify and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer needs, deliver sales presentations, and close deals.
  • Provide Sales Forecasts and Updates: Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the South East Asia mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners: Build a strong relationship with channel partners to ensure effective collaboration for the benefit of our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Software Sales: Experience in a quota-carrying B2B software sales role focused on the SEA region.
  • Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Experience: Experience growing mid-market or enterprise accounts within the SEA market.
  • Solution Selling: Solution selling to VP and C-level Executives.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • CRM Mastery: Mastery in using a CRM to achieve and correlate performance metrics.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and fluency in either Bahasa Indonesia or Thai.
