Drive Growth and Success with American Express
As a National Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success within a diverse group of existing customers. Your expertise in consultative selling and account development will enable you to identify new opportunities for growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing relationships with a defined portfolio of corporate card clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive charge volume growth and increase revenue.
- Conduct needs assessments to embed additional American Express products and digital tools.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at multiple levels within client organizations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in relationship management and consultative sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risk factors and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Experience working with C-level executives and developing strategic account plans.
- High degree of commercial foresight and strong influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
