About the Role

This newly created position is ideal for a seasoned CFO or senior financial leader with experience in investment management or real estate. You will lead financial strategy and decision-making for our Real Estate division, developing and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community, analysts, and shareholders.

As a key member of our Executive Management team, you will communicate our division's financial performance and strategic initiatives to external stakeholders. You will also collaborate with our team to drive divisional performance and influence key business operations to strengthen our market position and profitability.

In addition, you will lead and participate in M&A activities, assessing potential investments and partnerships to support our company's growth objectives.

  • A proven track record as a CFO or senior financial leader within investment management or real estate
  • Strong M&A expertise with data-driven decision-making and financial strategy skills
  • Investor relations expertise with ability to engage and manage relationships with investors and the broader investment community

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract a top talent like yourself.
