About the Role

Talent Focus, a leading real estate group based in Sydney's Hills District, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their small team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, enhance market position, and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in business development within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the residential and commercial sales markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our portfolio of commercial and residential real estate projects.
  • Expanding the company's footprint in target geographic areas through effective market insights and industry trends.
  • Achieving a specified percentage increase in annual sales and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package including an attractive base salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum), along with a commission structure that rewards outstanding performance. Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Currently hold a valid Real Estate Agent's licence.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in residential sales, property management, commercial sales, and strata management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
