{"About the Role": "We are recruiting an experienced Senior Associate to join our Property & Real Estate practice in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with demonstrated transactional real estate and leasing experience, gained in a reputable commercial law firm.

Key Responsibilities: \\
• Transactional real estate and leasing experience \\
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team on complex commercial real estate matters \\
• Advise clients on capital transactions, leasing, development and investment funds \\
• Work with clients to identify and mitigate risks \\
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients \\
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends \\
