Global Real Estate Finance Specialist

As a Global Real Estate Finance Specialist at HSBC, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Real Estate team to deliver outstanding client service, execute large transactions, and drive account management strategies. With exposure to a variety of highly complex banking solutions across the Real Estate market, this is a rare opportunity to develop your skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, and relationship building.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in a banking or financial setting in real estate, infrastructure, or large corporate institutional finance, including credit fund, ratings agency, major accountancy firm, or investment bank. They will also have a fundamental understanding of key corporate banking products such as bilateral and syndicated loans, debt capital markets, sustainable finance, trade finance, transactional banking, and treasury solutions.
A proven ability to write comprehensive, accurate, and concise credit papers, including strength in financial modelling and sensitivity analysis, is essential. Familiarity with APLMA loan documentation and Australian security structures is also required. Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and a natural focus on providing superior customer service are also essential.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a range of employee benefits, including market-leading subsidised private health cover, enhanced parental pay, and support when returning to work.
