Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating in project management, process re-engineering, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation, and beyond.
  • Developing and presenting client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.
  • Supporting our NSW real estate advisory team, providing technical project delivery knowledge and contributing to our multi-disciplinary team.
  • Producing clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
  • Having proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes.
  • Being able to develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management.
  • Developing project/program/portfolio management approaches which can be used to improve delivery of capital assets and assure our clients' investments are effectively and efficiently controlled.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years consulting and advisory experience.
  • A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually.
  • Experience of working across real estate sectors or infrastructure or natural resources and both private and public sectors.
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation.
  • Professional accreditation desirable PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
