Job Title: Real Estate Sales Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our MINT Residential team in the Sydney CBD on a full-time basis.

This role provides an outstanding entry into the CBD Apartment Sales sector in Sydney, with leads provided, enabling you to establish a strong market presence and leverage the advantages of being part of a global hotel company.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Prospecting to our Oaks and Minor managed buildings
  • Co-ordinating inspections with our on-site teams
  • Preparing detailed and accurate information for buyers
  • Creating listing agreements and contracts
  • Conducting open homes and private showings of properties

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Class 1 Real Estate Agents Licence
  • Minimum 3 years real estate sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, hotel managers and other key stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of real estate sales procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
